You will receive an email with the bill. The price is also displayed in the item description box.

2. Do I have to pay shipping and handling, if I win an auction?
Yes, handling is $2.00 fixed and shipping is 3% from MSRP but not more than $30.00

3. Are the products on auction new or used?
All the products auctioned are new and come with the manufacturer's warranty.

4. How do I know if I am the highest bidder?
Your nickname will appear in the item description box.

5. How do I know if an auction has ended?
The bid button will be replaced with a sold button and the countdown will be replaced with the "Ended".

6. What does the "24h" mean in the item description box?
It means the product isn't only active from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM, but active 24 hours a day.

7. What does "Starting: 09/15/2008 4:00:00 PM" in the item description box mean?
It means the auction will become active at 4:00 PM on 09/15

8. What do I do after I win an auction and the right to buy the product?
You must wait for a confirmation email with further instructions, which will arrive within 1 business day.

9. If I buy 10 credits, do I have to use them all in the same day that I bought them?
No, credits don't expire.

10. I bought some credits using paypal, but they haven't been added on to my account!
Paypal's processing time can be up to 15 minutes. If you still haven't received your credits after 15 minutes, contact our support.

11. I registered an account, but I haven't received an activation email!
The email should arrive within 15 minutes. If you don't receive it within that time, then contact our support, but don't forget to check your junk/spam folder!

12. Why isn't the countdown working properly?
It is probably due to a bad internet connection.

13. How many auctions can I win in a month?
You can win up to 30 items per calendar month.
